To take advantage of our services, please follow these steps: Before you leave, contact your health plan for coverage details. Coverage outside of the United States may be different.   Always carry your current health plan ID card.   In an emergency, go directly to the nearest hospital.   Contact Mondial Assistance if you need inpatient care or to locate a doctor or hospital. An Assistance Coordinator, in conjunction with a medical professional, will arrange a physician appointment or hospitalization if necessary.   If you need travel arrangements in relation to your treatment, a Travel Coordinator will reserve a flight, hotel room or car on your behalf. Have your credit card ready, service charges will apply.   Contact Mondial Assistance, at 1-877-232-0765, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.   If you need to be hospitalized call your Health Plan for pre-certification or pre-authorization.
